The Westside Elementary PTO invites you to become a part of our annual Viking Glow Run 5K / Fun Run walk! This one of a kind night time experience is less about how fast you can run and more about enjoying the music filled, glowing course with your family and friends! We will have participants of all different speeds, ages, shapes and sizes ready to GLOW!
The 1 Mile Fun Run will begin promptly at 7 PM. The 5K Run / Walk will begin at 7:30
Early Registration will be offered until MIDNIGHT FEB 16, 2018. The 5K is $25, the Fun Run is $15, OR you can run both for $30
Late Registration is from Feb 17 until March 1, 2018 at 9am when online registration closes. The 5K is $30, the Fun Run $20 and both for $35
Day of Race Registration will begin at 5pm at Kinderlou. Packet pick up will also begin at 5pm.
If you plan on running with your child, you are required to register. Everyone on the course will be required to have a bib number.
Parking will be onsite at the Kinderlou Forest Clubhouse parking lot
Early Packet Pick up will be held on Thursday and Friday at Westside Elementary School from 12 noon until 3 pm
T shirts are only guaranteed to Early Registrants by Feb 16, 2018. Late registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or correct size.
AWARDS CEREMONY will be held immediately after the 5K at about 8:30. All Participants age 14 and under who finish the 5k will receive a medal. OVERALL MALE AND FEMALE AND TOP TWO IN AGE GROUPS will also be awarded.
We will also name Mr and Mrs Glow to the best dressed male and female.
Proceeds will benefit the Westside Elementary School programs.
